Crash and Burn

This Fitness Course is designed to rapidly increase fitness levels and generate quick gains in weight loss and toning.
Anyone, of any fitness level can achieve this course, as it has been specially designed to suit all abilities and all ages.
The individual shall receive 16 sessions under the supervision of a personal trainer. The person shall also be weighed and measured on a weekly basis.

We also do Blood Pressure, Body Fat, BMI and lunge capacity performance.
